Holiday Dates & Order Cut‑off

Nuote Metals will observe the May Day holiday from May 1 to May 5, 2026 (5 days). Normal factory operations resume on May 6.

To ensure continuous supply, we recommend placing orders by April 25 for any rivets, eyelets, stamping parts, or turning parts that need to ship before the holiday.

All rivets and eyelets orders confirmed by April 25 will be produced and shipped on schedule. We have increased raw material inventory by 30% to cover urgent requests during the break.

A Canadian automotive supplier placed an order in early April for 1.2 million mixed components: rivets (solid aluminium, 400k pcs), eyelets (brass C26800, 350k pcs), stamping parts (steel terminal clips, 300k pcs), and turning parts (brass standoffs, 150k pcs).

We split production into two lines and finished all 1.2 million pieces by April 28.

How We Support You During the Holiday (May 1–5)

Sales & quoting: Email and website form are monitored daily. Expect replies within 12 hours (longer on May 1 only).

Technical questions: Our engineering team is on call for urgent stamping parts or turning parts drawing reviews.

Emergency small orders: We keep stock of 20 most common rivets and eyelets sizes in our warehouse. These can be shipped on May 6 immediately.

What does not change:

Our quality policy stays active. Any product shipped after the holiday still meets the same ASTM / ISO standards.

No price change for orders placed during the holiday.

FAQ – May Day Holiday & Components Supply

Q1: I need rivets urgently during your May Day holiday. Can you still process my order?

A1: Yes. Our sales team remains available through email and the website inquiry form. We will confirm your rivets order within 12 hours. Physical production will start on May 6. However, if you need eyelets or stamping parts from our common stock list (free to request), we can arrange a one‑time express shipment on May 3 – a small logistics team works half‑day that date. Please contact us before April 30 to check stock availability. Express shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Q2: How do I verify the quality of turning parts or stamping parts if I order during the holiday?

A2: We have a clear policy for holiday orders. After you submit your order, we will send you a pre‑production document package within 24 hours. This includes: raw material mill certificates (for turning parts brass or steel), earlier batch test records of similar stamping parts (tensile, hardness, dimensional), and a sample inspection plan using our calibrated CMM. Production does not begin until you approve these documents. For turning parts with critical tolerances (±0.01 mm), we also offer a live video inspection on May 6 before machining starts. All this is standard procedure – no extra charge.

Q3: Do you offer discounts for orders placed before the holiday to compensate for the delay?

A3: We do not artificially raise or lower prices for holiday timing. However, we do offer a transparent early‑order benefit: Any order for rivets, eyelets, stamping parts, or turning parts confirmed by April 25 receives a free upgrade to priority production (normally a paid service). This moves your batch ahead of non‑priority orders after the holiday, reducing your effective lead time by 5–7 days.
