At Nuote Metals, we’ve been in the metal parts business for almost two decades，designing, developing, and manufacturing from everyday rivets and eyelets to precision CNC turning parts and custom stamping parts.

What can Nuote Metals Produce?

Nuote Metals produces metal parts, such as rivets, eyelets, CNC turning parts, stamping parts, special screws, and we can also provide assembling service.

1.Rivets

Nuote Metals offers cold forming rivets with different mterial and different sizes, including standard rivets and also customized rivets.

Solid Rivets are rivets with solid shank end.

Semi Tubular Rivets are rivets with a semi hollow shank end.

Full Tubular Rivets are rivets with a shank full hollow.

Special Rivets are non-standard rivets, made according to specific drawings.

2.Eyelets

Nuote Metals offers eyelets with different mterial and different sizes, we have more than 3000 sizes of eyelets in stock, and we can tailor making according to customer’s drawing or samples.

Steel Eyelets are eyelets made from steel material.

Brass Eyelets are usally used in electronic products.

Copper Eyelets are mainly used in elecronic products too.

Stainless Steel Eyelets are made from stainless steel 304 or 316L.

Aluminum Eyelets are made from aluminum material.

3.CNC Turning Parts

Nuote Metals Equiped with 3 axis CNC lathe and 4 axis CNC lathe and also 5 Axis CNC lathe machine, thus we can offer CNC turning parts with very high precision.

4.Stamping Parts

Nuote Metals has 15 high speed stamping machine, hence we can produce metal stamping parts in our stamping workshop.

5.Special Screws

Nuote Metals also provides Non-Standard Screws, they are different with ordinary screws, they are usually tailor made according to customer’s drawing.
