When installing aluminum countersunk head rivets, please note the following steps:

Pre-drilling: Pre-drill a hole in the material appropriate for the rivet diameter, with the hole diameter slightly larger than the rivet diameter.

Inserting the rivet: Insert the rivet into the pre-drilled hole, ensuring the head is flush with the material surface.

Using a riveting machine and a matching punch: Align the rivet tail with the punch on the riveting machine. Turn on the riveting machine to deform the rivet tail, forming a new head and completing the riveting.

Inspecting: Ensure the rivet is securely installed, with the head flush with the material surface and no loose or protruding parts.
