For quality control, we focus on several key points: the hollow wall thickness must not vary by more than 0.02mm, the flange angle is kept between 90° and 120°, and the surface roughness must be Ra ≤ 0.8μm. Every batch goes through full inspection, which includes checking dimensions with go/no-go gauges, metallographic analysis, and destructive tensile testing, to make sure the products meet the GB/T 869-1986 standard.
